Kajeet is unwavering in its commitment to supporting schools and businesses as they respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As a company that has always prioritized digital equity, we are proud to assist all those taking the bold step to make Internet accessibility for all a critical part of their COVID-19 response plans.
We have responded to the need for remote connectivity by offering Remote Connectivity Bundles, which include flexible service terms and higher data amounts per month. The shortened contract terms will minimize costs and enable companies to quickly adjust to conditions as they evolve, while the increased data plan sizes will accommodate heavier data usage throughout the day.
Shipping and Processing Information
As is to be expected, our shipping and processing of orders have been impacted by the outbreak. While orders are still being processed on a first come, first served basis regardless of size or volume, our average processing time currently stands at approximately 14 days from receipt of purchase order to shipping. This is subject to change as orders come in.
Note that shipping companies determine whether to offer expedited shipping and, as they are also modifying their operations in response to COVID-19, how long shipping will take.
Customers who are flexible with their choice of network carriers may be able to improve their order fulfillment times.
- Our average processing time within our facility is estimated to be 14 days from receipt of purchase order to shipping.
- When your device is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
- Depending on inventory, we may switch networks or devices to fill an order. Flexibility in Network Carrier requirements may improve fulfillment time by expanding device supply options.
- Kajeet can make no guarantees on inventory availability or on fulfillment times before receipt of a valid Purchase Order.
Internet access is helping people stay connected to their loved ones, communities, and health care providers at this pivotal time. In response to the widespread demand for their services, network carriers are lowering their prices to attract more customers. The same network carriers are not extending these privileges to vendors, like Kajeet, working to make Internet access possible to people who desperately need it.
